What payment methods are accepted?

How do I know if my payment has been received?

Can I change my billing or delivery information?

Yes, you can update your billing or shipping information by contacting us at support@zenullar.co.uk as soon as possible. We can make changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

Can I send a gift to a different address?

Absolutely! We can ship your order to a different address if it is a gift.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 to 48 hours. Use this number on our tracking page to track the status of your order.

How long does it take to process orders before shipment?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Please note that the treatment does not take place on weekends or public holidays.
